Hedera (“we”, “us”) runs hederamarketing.com. This page explains, in plain English, what information we receive and how we use it. The short version: this website doesn’t track you, and we only see what you choose to email us.

What we collect

• Emails you send us. If you write to us or use the audit request form, your email app sends us a message containing whatever you include — typically your name, business, email address and website. The form on this site does not store or transmit anything itself; it simply opens your own email app with the details filled in.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

What we don’t do

• We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies or tracking pixels on this site.
• We don’t sell, rent or trade your information.
• We don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, prepare the audit or proposal you asked for, and provide services if you become a client. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for those purposes and for ordinary business records.

Client accounts and patient information

When we work on a client’s website, Google Business Profile, ad or listing accounts, we access them only to do the work requested. Our marketing services don’t require access to patient health records, and we ask clients not to send us any.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third-party font or image services. Email you send us is handled by our email provider.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop emailing you at any time. Just email us.
